How to Set Up Your Account

Once you've purchased a subscription for LoadUp Marketing, we recommend setting up your profile to take advantage of all the great tools we have to offer including your own branding on articles, social posts, and emails. This FAQ guides you through setting up or updating your account:

• Log in using the button on the upper right of the homepage

• Once logged in, click the profile picture on the upper right of the page and select “User Profile”

• This will bring you to the “My Profile” page
  
  

• Here you can:

  • Update your Company Profile Information by clicking the Edit button. You can customize your Company Logo (a PNG file less than 50 MB), Company Name, Company Contact Name, Company Email, Company Phone, and Company Address
    NOTE: We strongly recommend filling out everything in this part of your profile, as the information you fill out is what your audience will see when you send emails, post socials, etc.

  • Set a new password (only if you need to change it).

  • Change your contact name and email address for subscription related communications.
    

When you’re done adding your information, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the section.
