How to Authenticate Your Email
Email providers are starting to crack down on spam and strongly recommend authenticating your email domain. Authenticating your domain makes the emails easier to track so email providers know it is not spam and you don’t end up in the junk folder, ensuring your emails have a higher delivery rate.
First, get to your User Profile from your Dashboard by clicking the profile picture on the upper right of the page and select “User Profile”

While looking at your profile, you can see if your company logo has been uploaded, if your company email has been set, and if your domain is verified. Click the Edit button.

Fill out all necessary information. If you need additional instructions, you can find them here
To continue authenticating your email, scroll to the bottom of the Company Profile page. You will see something similar to this:
PLEASE NOTE that your information will look different. Do not copy what you see here, but what you see on your own screen

Check the box for “Verify your sender domain for improved email deliverability”
There are two ways to authenticate: BIND Export and manually
Option 1: IF YOUR PROVIDER ALLOWS FOR BIND EXPORT, you can export all records at once using the "Export BIND Format" button.
This creates a complete zone file that you can import directly to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.)Note: It is optional to check “Include DMARC record,” but recommended
Domain authentication will work without DMARC, but adding DMARC provides additional security and monitoring capabilitiesOption 2: IF YOUR PROVIDER DOES NOT ALLOW BIND EXPORT, follow these instructions:
Note: These screenshots are specifically in GoDaddy, but the procedure is similar for other providers
Log in to your domain provider's control panel (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)
Navigate to the DNS management section and click “Add New Record”

Required: Copy the DNS records (CNAME and DKIM) for domain authentication exactly as you see them
Some providers will call the “Host” entry “Name”

GoDaddy will send this prompt. Click “Yes” and “Save"

Repeat this process for all records
Optional: Add the DMARC record for enhanced email security and reporting
Note: Domain authentication will work without DMARC, but adding DMARC provides additional security and monitoring capabilities.
Once you have entered all records, go back to your LoadUp screen and click “Initiate Verification.” Verification can take up to 48 hours to complete. It will show “Pending” until verification is complete

To check if your verification is complete, click “Check DNS Records.” Once verified, it will look like this:

WARNING:
If you already have a DNS record with a custom name, adding a new record with the same name will replace your existing entry.
To avoid issues, please contact your IT personnel for assistance to ensure that you do not use any custom names that already exist in your DNS records when completing Domain Authentication.
